1. Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Prices

All prices are in Euros (€) or Dollars ($) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and discontinue products at any time. Product images are illustrative; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment will be fully refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering via the payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. The right does not apply to opened hygiene or skincare products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — text, images, logos — is the property of Korean Skincare Commerce Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korean Skincare Commerce Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Korean Skincare Commerce Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006 (Company Number 17385315). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of habitual residence.
