Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Austria & Germany: 3–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — check the store for current promotions.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at koreanskincarestore1@gmail.com with your order number and photos (for damage claims). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
