π Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Austria. We ship across the EU and internationally.
How long does delivery take?
EU orders typically arrive within 3β5 business days. International orders outside the EU may take 7β14 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all EU orders over β¬40. Orders below β¬40 have a flat shipping fee. International shipping rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes β express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
π Customs & Duties
Will I be charged customs fees?
EU customers: No customs fees. Since we ship from Austria, all EU orders are fully customs-cleared with no additional import charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
What about orders outside the EU?
Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by their local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
π Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at support@korean-skincare-store.com.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately β no need to return the item.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3β5 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products authentic?
100% authentic, always. We source all products directly from authorised Korean distributors. We never sell fakes or grey-market goods.
Are the products EU-compliant?
Yes. All products sold in our store meet EU cosmetics regulations, including full INCI ingredient labelling and safety assessments.
Do you sell vegan and cruelty-free products?
Yes! We have a dedicated Vegan & Cruelty-Free collection featuring over 120 products from certified brands like Anua, AXIS-Y, SKIN1004, and more.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they enter our fulfilment process. Please email us as soon as possible at support@korean-skincare-store.com.
I haven't received an order confirmation email β what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it right away.
