14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) received the goods.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective
  • You must include proof of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping cost. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at koreanskincarestore1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.

  • Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale
